Terms & Conditions

  1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing, booking, or using the services of Aananda Wellness & Resorts (“Resort”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
  2. Reservations and Payments
    • All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the Resort.
    • 50% Advance payment is required to secure bookings.
    • Guests must settle all dues prior to departure.

There will be no charge for any Cancellation made more than 15 days before arrival.

    • AMENDMENT/CANCELLATION 15 – 07 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL CHARGE, 50% OF FULL AMOUNT
    • AMENDMENT/CANCELLATION 06 – 0 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL CHARGE, 100% OF FULL AMOUNT
    • NO SHOW & EARLY CHECK-OUT CHARGE, 100% FULL AMOUNT

 

  1. Check-in and Check-out
    • Standard check-in time:   14:00 PM IST.
    • Standard check-out time: 11:00 AM IST.
    • Early check-in/late check-out may incur additional charges and is subject to availability.
  2. PASSPORT AND TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

All foreign nationals entering India are required to possess a passport with a valid VISA obtained from an Indian Mission abroad. All passports must have a validity of at least six months from your scheduled return date. For more information, please visit http://indianvisaonline.gov.in/visa

  1. Cancellations and Refunds
    • Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to arrival.
    • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with Resort policy and may exclude transaction charges.

 

  1. Guest Obligations
    • Guests shall conduct themselves in a manner that does not disturb other guests or staff.
    • Any damage to property will be charged to the guest responsible.
    • Illegal, disruptive, or unsafe activities will result in immediate eviction without refund.
    • All our rooms accommodate two to four pax (at the maximum). We do not provide extra mattresses in the rooms.
    • To maintain the peaceful atmosphere we do not allow pets at the resort. 

 

  1. Resort Rights
    • The Resort reserves the right to refuse service, cancel bookings, or withdraw facilities at its discretion.
    • Services and amenities may be modified or withdrawn without prior notice.
  2. Liability
    • The Resort shall not be liable for loss, theft, or damage to guest belongings unless deposited in designated safes.
    • Guests are responsible for their own safety and well-being during their stay.

Privacy Policy

  1. Information Collection
    • The Resort collects personal information including name, contact details, and booking preferences for operational purposes.
    • Payment details are processed securely through authorized gateways.
  2. Use of Information
    • Information is used to confirm reservations, provide services, and enhance guest experience.
    • Promotional communications may be sent with guest consent; guests may opt out at any time.
  3. Data Sharing
    • Personal data will not be sold or disclosed to third parties except as required by law or to trusted service providers (e.g., payment processors).
  4. Data Security
    • Reasonable technical and organizational measures are implemented to safeguard guest data against unauthorized access.
  5. Guest Rights
    • Guests may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data by contacting Resort management.

Disclaimer

  1. General Information
    • All information provided on the Resort’s website, brochures, and communications is for general guidance only.
    • The Resort makes no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or reliability of such information.
  2. Wellness and Health Services
    • Spa and wellness services are intended for relaxation and general well-being only.
    • They do not constitute medical advice or treatment. Guests are advised to consult qualified medical professionals before participation.
  3. External Links
    • The Resort may provide links to external websites for convenience. The Resort is not responsible for the content or reliability of such websites.
  4. Force Majeure
    • The Resort shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government regulations, or unforeseen circumstances.
  1. The management reserves its right to change, amend, add or delete any of its policies without prior notice. Such changes will be treated as final and binding.

Jurisdiction & Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
  • Any disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of or relating to the services, bookings, or use of facilities at Aananda Wellness & Resorts shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Belthangady, Karnataka.
  • Guests and users expressly agree to submit to such jurisdiction and waive any objections to venue or forum.
